Frasers Newsletter edition 5, 2012 is now available.
In this edition, we report on the Law on the Prevention and Combatting of Money Laundering.
We also discuss certain strict regulations in relation to tobacco manufacturing and/or wholesaling, retailing businesses which are stipulated in the Law on Prevention and Control of Tobacco Harm passed by the National Assembly in June 2012.
We provide two short articles on the usage of company seals, and an update on consular legislation procedures.
Finally, we discuss certain significant provisions arising out of the regulations on administrative sanctions for violations in respect of consumer protection, to further encourage compliance with the Law on Consumer Protection.
