Dispute resolution procedures are normally provided for in contracts and agreements to settle a creditor’s claims, but what happens when the debtor’s bankruptcy is imminent? We present you our discussion paper on the contemporary issues in insolvency and arbitration in Vietnam, where we highlight the interplay of dispute resolution regimes with bankruptcy laws under common law regimes and under a civil law jurisdiction such as Vietnam.
